Good value but the place doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned or renovated for over 40 years.

Do not go here. Very unprofessional. A manager called me at 8PM from his personal cell phone off the clock and would not give me his name demanding I pay an "outstanding balance". I am not even a member there and was confused as to why I would owe them any money. I thought it was a scam or prank so I called the actual place of establishment and they told me I need to pay a certain amount of money. They could not even tell me how they are getting the balance and could not give me an itemized bill. The owner refused to speak with me and I felt like they were all trying to scam me.

I wish I could give it zero. The owner Ross is a terrible person, and the club is a disaster. We are being forced to take him to court to get a refund. We signed our daughter up for the Tiny Aces program which runs roughly 2.5 months - 2x a week- which is 20 lessons. Ross fired the lead instructor (cursed him out- per the instructor) halfway through the lessons. The Club did nothing to find a new instructor, try to rescedule, refund, or communicate in any way. After trying for months to get the owner on the phone, he calls the mother of the other child in the group rude and hangs up on her, no refund or offered make up classes. He then threatens my wife "You better watch it." After a tense conversation with him, no class or refund for us either. Wild behavior. His reputation around Springfield is horrible. Aside from this the club is an absolute dump. It smellls like urine as soon as you come in the front door. Half the cardio equipment is broke and has been for at least the better part of a year. There is a bicep curl machine with oven mitts over the torn padding. No joke-This place looks like a gym that closed 5 years ago but forgot to tell about 10 people. The locker rooms are

Do not give this business your money! We paid for tennis lessons for our daughter and the instructor was fired before classes were fulfilled. We were told the owner, Ross, was the only person to assist us. We spent months calling and emailing with no response. When I finally spoke with him he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He refused to refund us or provide classes.

Went there for two weeks before canceling my membership, some kind of weird thing about the air in the gym made me and 5+ other individuals suffer the same symptoms of coughing, uneasy throat feeling, and sneezing. Basketball court feels like it was constructed on a strict budget of 5$ and some pocket change. Everything besides the tennis/pickleball courts is extremely outdated and has clearly gone through years of wear and tear. Do not come to this place unless you are very serious about tennis or pickleball because every other part of this hell holeis utterly atrocious.
